How to share a project

Before reviewing this article, please note that guests can not share a project.

Sending a project from the Projects screen

1. Go to the Projects screen.
2. Long press on the project you wish to send in a chat.
3. This will open the ‘Select Contact’ screen.
4. Select the contact or group you want to send the project to.

Sending a project from the hamburger menu as an owner

1. Open the project you would like to share.
2. Go to the hamburger menu.
3. Click 'Share'.
4. Select the contact or group you want to share it to. 

The project will be sent to them in a chat and appear in the shared tab of their Projects screen. After sharing your project with another user, they will appear as guests in the hamburger menu.

Sending a project from the hamburger menu as an admin or editor

1. Open the project you would like to share.
2. Go to the hamburger menu.
3. Click 'Share'. This will open your device's IOS menu.
4. Click on the FYI app in the menu.
5. Select the contact or group you want to share it to. 

Sending a project in chat

1. Start a chat with the user you want to share the project with.
2. Click on the add icon at the bottom left of the screen.
3. Select 'Project'.
4. Choose the project you would like to share. It will automatically send in the chat.
