How to React to a Message

1. In a chat thread, double tap OR long-press on a message.
2. Press any emojis from the list and select one.

How to Copy a Message

1. In a chat thread, double tap OR long-press on a message.
2. Select "Copy" to paste. 

How to Reply to a message 

There are 2 ways to reply to a message.

(I) Reply Button

1. In a chat thread, double tap OR long-press on a message.
2. Select "Reply" to respond to the message. 

(II) Swipe Right

1. In a chat thread, swipe right on a message.
2. Type a message and tap the blue arrow button.

How to Forward a message

1. In a chat thread, double tap OR long-press on a message.
2. Select ‘Forward’ and choose a Contact or Groups.
3. You will be redirected to the chat with the selected Contact/Groups and the forwarded message will be sent. 

How to Share a message

1. In a chat thread, double tap OR long-press on a message.
2. Press "Share" which will open the iOS options. 
3. Select your preferred option from the iOS options.

How to Edit a Message

Note: Text can only be edited within 10 minutes of being sent.

1. In a chat thread, double tap OR long-press on a message.
2. Press 'Edit' and compose a message.
3. When completed, tap the blue arrow button to send.

How to Star a Message

Starring messages allows you to easily mark important messages for future reference, making it easier to find and view them later.

(I) How to Star

1. In a chat thread, double tap OR long-press on a message.
2. Press "Star".

(II) View Starred Messages in Profile, 1-1 Chat and Projects.

1. In your Profile, navigate to "Starred Messages".
2. In a 1-1 chat, select the contact and their profile, then choose "Starred" to mark the message.
3. In a Project, tap the hamburger menu in the top right corner and select "Starred Messages".

How to mute a Chat

You can mute chats to stop receiving notifications when participants send messages or react.

1. Navigate to the Chats Tab.
2. Select the Contact's Profile and tap "Notifications".
3. Toggle OFF "Chat Notifications" and press "Confirm".

Note: To mute specific notifications such as messages, reactions, event creations, or event updates, select the desired option, and toggle it OFF.

How to Delete a Message

1. In a chat thread, double tap OR long-press on a message.
2. Select "Delete" to choose which messages you’d like to remove.
3. Press "Delete" in the bottom left corner.

Note: There is also a 'Cancel' option located at the bottom right.

How to View a Message’s Information

1. In a chat thread, swipe left on a message. 
2. You will see a message info screen displaying:
   
   • 'Read by' – indicating if the person has read the message and when.
   • 'Reactions' – showing if someone left a reaction.

How to View a Message in Reading Mode

To enhance your reading experience, especially for longer texts, consider Reading Mode.

1. In a chat thread, double tap on a message.
2. Select "Reading Mode" to open a popup with the selected message in focus mode.
3. Pressing anywhere outside the popup will close it and return you to the chat screen.

How to Translate a Message

1. In a chat thread, double tap OR long-press on a message.
2. Select "Translate" to view the message in your phone's default language.

Note: After changing your device's language settings, you may need to restart the application for the new language preferences to take effect.
