How can I add a new contact without a QR code?

Have the recipient you are trying to add send you their contact URL:

1. Navigate to profile screen
2. Swipe down on QR code
3. Tap 'Share'
4. Select 'Share URL'

After you click the URL that was shared with you, FYI will open a chat with you and the other user. Tap their name at the top of the chat and tap 'Save as Contact.'

If the person you are trying to add is part of a group chat you are in, simply open the group chat's detail page, tap on their profile, and click 'Save Contact'.
