How to add files from outside FYI to a project or chat

Sharing from Gallery and Files

1. Go to your phone’s photo gallery or files.
2. Select the content you would like to add.
3. Tap the share button.
4. Select FYI from the app menu.
5. (Optional) If FYI doesn't show up scroll left and tap More > FYI.
6. Select 'Projects' or 'Chats', this will then display all existing projects or chats.
7. Select a project or chat to send the file to.

Sharing from Dropbox:

1. Go to Dropbox.
2. Select the file you want to share.
3. Tap 'Share.'
4. Select 'Send copy of file.'
5. Select FYI from the app menu.
6. (Optional) If FYI doesn't show up scroll left and tap More > FYI.
7. Select 'Projects' or 'Chats'
8. Select a project or chat to send the file to.

Sharing from Google Drive

1. Go to Google Drive.
2. Select the file you want to share.
3. Tap the three dot menu.
4. Select 'Send a copy.'
5. Select FYI from the app menu.
6. (Optional) If FYI doesn't show up scroll left and tap More > FYI.
7. Select 'Projects' or 'Chats'
8. Select a project or chat to send the file to.
