How to report a User, Group Chat, or Project

In FYI, you're able to report a User, Project, or Group Chat, if you witness a violation of Community Guidelines. 

To report a User:

1. Navigate to the Contacts tab.
2. Select the user's profile.
3. Scroll down and select 'Report'.
4. Select a reason for reporting.
5. Add information and press 'Send Report'.

To report a Group Chat:

1. Navigate to the Chats tab.
2. Open the group chat.
3. Tap on the group chat's name.
4. Scroll down and press on 'Report'.
5. Select a reason for reporting.
6. Add information and press 'Send Report'. 

To Report a Project:

Note: This can only be done if you’re an editor of the project

1. Navigate to your Project.
2. Tap on the hamburger menu.
3. Press the ‘Report’ button and select a category for the report.
4. Add the description for the report and confirm.
