No option to add editors or guests to the Public Project

Problem:

The project owner cannot add guests or editors to a Public project in the hamburger menu.

Behavior

1. A public project is created
2. The user presses on the hamburger menu
3. The user doesn't see an option to add editors or guests

Workaround

1. Click the Hamburger menu and click "share", send to the contact you want to be added as a guest
2. Another option is to click on the Hamburger menu > Edit Project and add the first editor which will prompt the option to be available from the Hamburger menu as well
3. To add guests, the project needs to be switched to 'Private' first, then add guests, and switch back to 'Public'. As long as there is at least one guest on the Public Project already, the option to 'add guests' in the hamburger menu will be available.
