[ANDROID only] Contacts that are already on FYI do not populate in Contacts screen

Problem:

Some Android devices have issues when syncing Contacts with FYI. If another user is already on the app and in your Android native phone book, they still might not show in your Contacts on the FYI Contacts screen. 

Workaround:
You can start a chat with the user by scanning the QR code on their profile page, which should also force the Contact to sync with FYI. To add or remove contacts use this guide.
