File folders can help you organize your Project's files. It allows you to consolidate files into a folder to avoid clutter in your Project Files tab.
How to make a File Folder:
- In your Project, tap the hamburger menu in the top-right corner.
2. Press 'Files'.
There are 3 ways to make a Folder:
1. Tap the + in the top right corner
2. Type in the name of your Folder.
3. Long-press on a file.
4. Tap 'Organize' then drag and drop files to combine them.
4. Extended long press on a file to trigger Organize then drag and drop files together.
Note: Methods 2 and 3 will set the Folder's name to Folder by default. You can long-press the folder to rename it.
Adding Files to a Folder:
To add your files to a Folder, you can
1. Drag and drop files into the folder
or
2. Navigate into the folder and tap the + in the top right corner to select the files you'd like to add
Folder Tips
- You can create folders within folders.
- You can share folders to Chats, Projects, or Email. Files shared through email or 3rd party apps are zipped. You can share a project by long pressing on the Folder and tapping Share choosing the method you'd like to use.
