File folders can help you organize your Project's files. Project folders allow you to consolidate files into a folder to avoid clutter in your Project Files tab!
How to make a File Folder
In your Project page, tap the hamburger menu in the top right corner.
There are 3 ways to make a Folder in your Files tab:
1. Tap the + in the top right corner
Then enter the name of your Folder
2. Long press on a file then tap 'Organize' then drag and drop files to combine them
3. Extended long press on a file to trigger Organize then drag and drop files together.
- Methods 2 and 3 will set the Folder's name to Folder by default. You can long press the folder to rename it.
Adding Files to a Folder
To add your files to a Folder, you can
1. Drag and drop files into the folder
or
2. Navigate into the folder and tap the + in the top right corner to select the files you'd like to add
Folder Tips
- You can create folders within folders for enhanced organization!
- You can share folders to an FYI Chats, FYI Projects, or email. Files shared through email or 3rd party apps are zipped. You can share a project by long pressing on the Folder you'd like to share and tap Share and choosing the method you'd like to use!
