Why can't I see documents in a content call?

Problem: On Android, you cannot view or share a document on a content call.  

  1. Once in a call, you tap on the '+' share icon.
  2. Documents is not an option.
  3. If iOS users share a project that has a document, Android users can't see it.

This is a known issue. We are working on a solution.

 

Workaround:

Share documents through chat or project chats.
