1:1 and Group Chats
To add a Smart Persona, you can follow the Managing Participants steps in this article. Instead of adding a Contact, under the BOTS category, select the Smart Persona you would like to add to your chat.
To remove the Persona,
- tap the Group's title
- scroll to "Participants in the Group"
- tap the 3 dots next to the Smart Persona's name
- tap Remove
Whenever you add or remove a Smart Persona from a chat, the participants will see the update message in the chat, that AI was added or removed.
Projects
To add a Smart Persona to your Project, you can follow the steps in this article. Instead of adding a Contact, under the BOTS category, select the Smart Persona you would like to add to your Project.
To remove the Smart Persona
- open the hamburger menu
- scroll to editors
- tap the 3 dots next to the Smart Persona's name
- tap Remove
Whenever you add or remove a Smart Persona from a Project, all users will be notified and there will be an entry under the Project's Updates tab.
