Logging Back Into Your Account Makes some Messages Appear as Unread

Problem:

This issue occurs when someone logs out and back into their FYI account. Some message threads appear as if they are unread. Chats that previously exited might re-appear as well. 

Workaround:

Unfortunately, there is currently no workaround for this issue. This issue is being tested and resolved by the FYI team.
