FYI provides 3 security features to ensure the privacy and integrity of content shared in a project:
1. Screen Security
2. Viewer Identification
3. Confidential Access.
Note: Make sure your project is PRIVATE to access these features.
(I) Screen Security:
Screen Security prevents users from taking screenshots and screen recordings of content in the project and project chat.
To enable screen security on a project:
- Open your project.
- Tap the hamburger menu.
- Select "Edit Project".
- Toggle ON next to Screen Security.
- Click the check mark on the top right corner.
(II) Viewer Identification:
Viewer Identification prevents unwanted users from accessing your project. When users open the project, they will be prompted for a Face ID or passcode to access it.
To enable viewer identification on a project:
- Open your project.
- Tap the hamburger menu.
- Select "Edit Project"
- Toggle ON next to Viewer Identification.
- Click the check mark on the top right corner.
(III) Confidential Access:
Confidential Access prevents users from copying, forwarding, and sharing content in the project and project chat.
To enable confidential access to a project:
- Open your project.
- Tap the hamburger menu.
- Select "Edit Project".
- Toggle ON next to Confidential Access.
- Click the check mark on the top right corner.
