If you ever lose your encryption key and can't access your account, you can submit a request to customer support to help you get back into your account along with your encryption key.
- Users will open the FYI app.
- Users will enter their phone number and enter the verification code.
- You will be directed to a screen titled “Import your encryption key”.
4. Click on “Report lost encryption key”.
5. You will see a prompt asking if you would like to proceed.
6. Users will be directed to the “Contact FYI” page.
7. Please enter your email and contact details and hit ‘Submit’.
FYI will contact you via email within 2 business days to provide the next steps. In addition, FYI will request an OTP code, to ensure you have access to the phone number linked to your account.
