If you lose your encryption key and can't access your account, you can submit a request to customer support for assistance and you would be able to retrieve your encryption key.
To submit a request:
- Open the FYI app
- Enter a phone number and the verification code.
- Once directed to the 'Import your encryption key' screen, press on 'Report lost encryption key'.
5. You will be redirected to 'Contact FYI' page.
6. Enter email, and contact details, and press ‘Submit’.
FYI will then contact you via email within 2 business days to provide the next steps. In addition, FYI will request an OTP code, to ensure you have access to the phone number linked to your account.
