If you are not getting a response from the AI, or a blank screen when you enter an AI chat, please contact the FYI support team with your issue. Our support team will check if you may have deleted a previous version of the FYI.AI assistant chat; if this is the case, we will reset your AI Access.
Some users may experience this if they downloaded a previous version of the app, which allowed users to delete their 1-1 chat with FYI.AI.
Here are the steps that you need to take:
- Contact FYI customer support and provide your FYI account number (phone number)
- Wait for the support team to check if you may have deleted an earlier version of FYI.AI Chat
- FYI may reset your AI access; once that is done, the support team will notify you
- Force-quit the FYI app and try the AI again
