Sharing Design Templates

This overview shows how to save, share, and access a design template that you have created.

How to Save a Design Template

A design must first be created and saved to become a design template.

From Projects

1. Navigate to your Project.
2. Press “+” at the top right
3. Select Design from the pop-up menu

4. Then, select New Design

5. When finished creating the design, press the checkmark at the top right corner
6. Long-press the newly created design block
7. Select Edit from the pop-up menu

8. Then, tap the “x” at the top left
9. Select Save as Template

10. Type a name for the template
11. Press Save

iI) From Profile

1. Navigate to the Profile tab
2. Press Design Templates

3. Tap the “+” at the top right corner
4. Create a design, then press the checkmark at the top right corner
5. Select Save

6. Type a name for the template
7. Tap OK
8. Tap the back arrow at the top left corner

How to Share a Design Template

Note: design templates in a Project will not appear in your Profile unless you have saved them as templates.

1. Navigate to the Profile tab
2. press Design Templates

3. Select the design template
4. Press the hamburger icon at the top right corner
5. Tap the pencil icon next to the title Shared with (0)

Select the contact you would like to share the design template

How to Access a Shared Design Template

i) From Projects

1. Navigate to your project
2. Tap the “+” at the top right corner
3. Select Design from the pop-up menu

4. Press From Template

5. Go to the Shared Tab to see templates that other users have shared with you.

ii) To View Templates You Created: From Profile

1. Navigate to the Profile tab
2. Press Design Templates

3. Select a design template
