I'm on a group call and can't see one of the members, but I can hear them. What do I do?

If you can't see or hear all members on a group call, try the following: 

• Leave the call and rejoin it
• Ask the other user to leave the call and rejoin
• Ensure you have a stable wifi connection
• Make sure they have their camera permissions enabled
