If you see "Connecting" flashing on top of your app screen, it means the app is not able to access the internet.
Try the following steps:
- Turn off your wifi and try using cellular data instead
- Disable any VPNs on your device
- Check your wifi connection
- Check to see if your wifi network has any special security firewalls. Some public networks and private office networks may have additional security firewalls that limit your access to certain apps and websites.
