If you are experiencing audio issues on bluetooth devices on a call:
- Make sure your bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
- Make sure your bluetooth device is the chosen device for audio input on FYI. On the call screen, click on the media output icon and choose to route the call audio to your bluetooth headset.
- Check if you have a stable network connection.
- Check if you are around other bluetooth devices or networks. You may be experiencing interference from other devices.
If audio problems persist, try calling without your bluetooth device.
